Hotel accommodation was okay, but Trip Com didn't mention the hotel name, which made it very difficult to locate the hotel until the BELMONT suddenly showed up later in the 訂房網站 com booking This is the address on the booking Newport Stay by Runway Manila & Attractions Very stressful situation We almost had to book another hotel ZERO POINTS TO 訂房網站

Zeer verwarrende boeking. Geen adres of hotel gegevens. Geen antwoord op GSM nummer alleen via tekst, ook via lokaal persoon die tracht te bellen. Boeking en afhandeling zeer dubieus. Geen aanrader als het een first time visit zou zijn, kan veel stress veroorzaken. Uiteindelijk was dit in hotel Belmont waar ik al eens geboekt heb en dit hotel is super in orde en goed gelegen. De amenities zoals tandenborstel en pasta was niet aanwezig. Met meer tijdige transparantie zou dit zeer goed zijn.

It's weird that they will clean your room 1 time only during your stay, additional cleaning is php 350 per time. they said it's airbnb not hotel but I'm staying in the hotel.

The exact name and location of the hotel were discovered only after payment was made, resembling a blind box experience. The hotel was situated nearest to Terminal 3, which made it convenient for a short transit night. The staff were found to be nice and helpful. However, significant refurbishment was needed for the property. The bedroom was considered okay, but a musty smell was present throughout the building. In the bathroom, poor drainage caused water to overflow, and the shower gel and shampoo dispensers were unlabeled, making it hard to identify the products. Overall, the stay was acceptable for a short layover, but improvements were certainly needed for longer visits.

Everything is commendable but the only problem is when you Google the hotels location it can not be found. But when you inquire from the hotel near where you are being guided by Google it is the hotel itself. A different name in the booking and when I called up the cp number given in the booking nobody answers. I was thinking that it was a scam but luckily it's not. I would recommend this hotel anyway.
