Location was very vague. I thought it was a different hotel from Savoy, turned out it was the same hotel. When we asked around the perimetry nobody knows where MCollection is, except that address is Savoy Bulding. Queu in Savoy (at 11PM) for check in was very looong. They were taking so long to check in due to a lot of paperworks. We were only staying in the hotel for 5hours due to our early morning flight. It was stressful. Also, location is NOT very near NAIA3. It was a bit of a distance walk from runway manila bridge and it was a very dark street.

The room had a moldy smell and my clothes that I hung up to wear next day were moist.  There was also water on the floor when I arrived.  The room looks much nicer on the pictures on 訂房網站.  The room is much smaller and the throw pillow and blanket were very old and seemed not washed.The air conditioner was very noisy.  I stayed here to make it easy to get to the airport the next day, which is was convenient.  The people who worked there were very friendly.

Ехали с пересадкой в Маниле, нужен был отель на одну ночь. В целом удивило, что там рядом есть большие красивые торговые центры, где можно походить и вкусно поесть. Район хороший, отель в целом тоже хороший.

Confusingly this is part of the Savoy hotel but I think these are the less expensive rooms. You can walk here from T3 which is handy. It was ok, basic, comfortable but the room smelled damp. We weren't in it for long as unfortunately wd had a nightmare booking this through Trip. Our flight was delayed so we booked last minute but the hotel could not find the booking. It wasn't resolved for 2 days and meanwhile I had to wait in the lobby for 2 hours (exhausted) before accessing my room. I had to pay again for the room and wait for a refund. The queues at reception were very long and one staff member was abrupt and rude.

I am very happy with the service at this hotel it’s supper convenient to terminal 3 and the staff especially Angelica are fantastic. It’s the only place I have stayed for the last 12 visits
