The unit covers ever basic needs and the owner is easy to speak with. A few issues I encountered with is the small cockroaches, which I think given that its a condo unit is quite expected; the other one is that I can’t have friends over, unless they are registered which is not mentioned but its okay. Overall, would still go back.

The check-in was a very smooth one for as long as you have the proper documents ready. The room is cozy and has a good view of the city especially at night. They have provided us with a welcome kit which includes a shampoo, soap, toothbrush and toothpaste. They have also prepared towels and slippers for 2 people. For those who would like to use the pool, make sure to inform the FD right away as their admin is only open until 6PM to collect payment and assist you with the pool pass.The overall experience was good as it's only a 10-minute walk to MOA. Though there's no way to call the owner, s/he responds to email right away for assistance. The only concern I have are the small roaches in the room. Hopefully they would be able to eliminate those to avoid complaints from other guests in the future. Still, a very comfortable stay! Will definitely book again in the future.

Sobrang ganda ng location, very convenient, at ang ganda ng reception area mabango at malawak at maraming upuan. Marami pang convenient store sa baba . Very accessible din pag kukuha ka ng grab taxi.

很多考慮住這個公寓酒店的人可能是中國人吧，想著異國他鄉遇到熟悉的語言和文化會體會到親切感和安全感（事實證明周圍有些中餐廳和便利店算是便利），但是住了一天之後的整體體驗很糟糕，以下是勸退：（for other language speakers please translate, this may be helpful） 公寓酒店的宣傳圖第一張是一個很漂亮的露天泳池（實景也很好看），但是工作人員不會跟你説清楚的是泳池需要另外付費，並且也不是所有時間都確定可以申請到，你不主動問泳池怎麼使用他不説，你主動問了的話他會幫你申請，還給看申請的郵件，但不説清楚需要你提前準備好特定數額的現金走之前交。等到你要退房了，突然收到消息游泳池還要另外付費。大哥，你怎麼不早説啊？？用之前不明確告知需要另外付費留下現金，人都要退房了你才説，你怎麼不等到人回國了給你順豐到付呢？ 我表達了不理解，但對方堅持説是公司政策，還説app寫明瞭（我翻了一遍沒看到，但建議所有想入住的人仔仔細細一字一句看清楚和理解網頁所有的內容，最好拿出研究合同的精神大力學習深刻鑽研再提前請個律師，免得想當然到時候遇些奇怪的情況） 游泳費摺合人民幣沒幾十塊錢，我相信任何一個人在事先有明確且雙方理解的溝通的前提下，都不會計較這幾十塊錢，但是這波操作就很敗好感，而且我又不是銀行櫃枱，怎麼就能恰好掏出特定數額的現金呢？？ 總之就很讓人無語，供專門為泳池而來的人考慮清楚吧，反正是單獨付費，何必非要來這裡住呢，直接來游泳不香嗎 PS：優點是可以看電視，晚上看到了遠處的煙花挺好看的 缺點是衞生間乾淨程度遠達不到酒店標準，喜歡乾淨的人可能不那麼滿意，並且房子顯示2023開的，但一股很陳舊的味道，不知道為啥
