Plug in tub did not hold water so I could not take a bath, water did stay hot long enough to shower, and telephone didn't work. Reported to front desk staff at least three times & they never fixed any of the issues.

Front desk messed up my check-in. I did online check-in and requested 2 specific connecting rooms. Go to front desk to pick up keys they were giving me non-connecting rooms. Toilets took flushing twice just to get a little bit of toilet paper down. Checked out for both rooms at front desk which said I would receive my receipt shortly, an hour later no receipt and check app and still says I have not checked out. Had to call to check out.

The hotel is in a quiet location & the front desk staff provided excellent customer service. Breakfast was good, too. I stayed in a studio with a king bed & double sofa bed. The king bed was very comfortable, the room was clean & a very quiet location on the fifth floor. I would highly recommend this hotel!
