booked a garden room but was given a street room and 訂房網站.com has provided a refund. certain functions of the aircon controls are locked - you only get to heat up the room; they don’t allow you to turn on the aircon (we went in april). we can’t open the windows due to noisy street and no aircon can be switched on, what you get is a stuffy room with no ventilation. the room gets warm if you heat it up.
also, there is no daily housecleaning when we stayed for 2 nights. someone did come to our room as the fresh towels that we didn’t use were taken away, but they didn’t make the bed and replace refresh towels.
will only recommend the garden view room and location is good and safe, close to line 13 and 14.

Hotel was super cool and very modern. Staffs were friendly, close to metro station.
