La chambre, la propreté, le service et le personnel qui est au petit soin, tout était parfait. Le tarif etait raisonnable au vu des tarifs des autres hotels. Pour la qualite emplacelent prix il est imbattable. Juste l’emplacement en rentrant le soir je n'étais pas aussi rassuré. Mais ça va aucun incident. Cordialement Maher Iben Haj

It’s fine. The hotel is clean and everything and has a fish tank in the lobby. It’s nice. Excellent for budget. But it costs $60+ dollars in your currency to uber everywhere every day, sometimes 80$ so that has to be accounted for the cheapness of the hotel. But it’s so affordable it more than makes up for it as most hotels closer are $70 more expensive anyway. Great for a 2 star hotel, never stayed in better for star rating. Would except. And I’ve stayed in 5 star hotels. Has everything you need except coffee and they have a coffee machine in the lobby for use for 3.5 euros (6$ so a bit expensive for cheap style coffee but still).

とても快適に滯在でき、部屋も清潔でした。 ひとつだけ、現地払いの宿泊稅が2名分で請求されていた點が殘念でした（実際は1名での滯在）。 改善があれば、また利用したい宿です。

周圍附近太多流浪漢及無所事事的人，感覺上是從事非法行為，曾經有一個清晨從酒店走出大門便有人在後面大叫及跟隨，嚇至我一直快走到metro站才覺得安全。酒店職員也很有態度，不過沒有太多要求所以也沒關係。

매우 편하고 침구도 새거라 좋음 가까운 지하철역까지 Uber 8유로면 됨... 시내 호텔이 250 유로인데 여기는 70유로이니 아주 싸고 좋고 교통비로 우버값 써봤자 50유로가 맥스임 리셉션의 mahadi 매우 친절함

The receptionist was very rude and unprofessional, no hi, hello very aggressive behaviour towards customers, when I simply asked him at least be helpful with customers, he refused to check inn my booking, and there were order customers in the hotel lobby and one of them told he has done this with few more customers.

İbiş otelleri içinde konakladığımız en berbat otel.. Personel ilgiisiz, saygısız; sabah saat 09:30'da temizlik için kapıyı açıyor. Otopark için neredeyse konaklama ücreti kadar (€40) ek ücret istediler; ödemek istediğimizde muhatap yok; rica, minnet onu da ödedik. İki gün peşpeşe rezervasyon yaptığımız halde hergün için şehir/turist vergisi(€5.86x2)aldılar. Kısacası tavsiye edilebilecek bir otel değil; hiç memnun kalmadık.. Rezervasyon yaptırdığımız 訂房網站.com'a da durumu ilettik ama bir dönüş ve çözüm olmadı. Yüklediğimiz fotodaki indirimleri sadece kandırmacadır; fazlasıyla sizden alınmaktadır.

I appreciate that they clean the rooms everyday even if we did not put a sign on the door. We stayed for 3 nights. The rooms are pretty affordable compared to the ones in the city center. It may be a bit far but there's a direct metro line that connects to the city center. There are lots of restaurants and a grocery store just less than 5 min away near the Porte de la chapelle station.
