馨樂庭巴黎艾菲爾鐵塔酒店 (Citadines Tour Eiffel Paris)

酒店位置一流，大門一出就是地鐵站，樓下有麥當勞、對面有歐洲常見的百貨商店，500米左右西餐都不錯。 除了上就沒有像樣的點。十一月中旬理應淡季，我以為他們近兩千元港幣一晚的價格代表了質素。換來大約深圳兩三百元酒店的體驗，可能還不如。 首先房間就像公寓改造，80年代的中央溫度控制，怎麼調，房內也升不到暖的程度，外面1度。我們兩人在房間都要穿保暖衣加大衣。要求換房不成功，我女友第二天就感冒發燒了。 房間每週才會有人打掃、換毛巾、厠所紙、倒垃圾。要不你加錢按次收費。或者，你自己到二樓的儲物房拿。 2000年款電視機、上網是要你連和酒店不同名的WiFi 。 在歐洲由三千一晚到500一晚的酒店都住過。這應該是最差的了。

離鐵塔很近，走路15分鐘可到，附近有小型超市和洗衣店。樓下就是6、10、8號地鐵口。每個星期三和星期日樓下有市集，非常棒可以體驗本地人的生活。旁邊的巷子有一家很大的藥妝店非常方便採購。

Pros 1. Excellent location just across 3 major metro lines (and a bus line). Made it super convenient to commute around the city. It’s also Around 15 min walking distance to Tour Eiffel 2. Rooms are comfortable size for Paris standards. Beds were comfy! 3. Studio room comes with a kitchenette, microwave, dish washer, toaster and cutleries making it easy for us to whip up a simple meal for breakfast. 4. Free coffee/tea/hot chocolate and water dispenser at the lobby. Just bring your cup from the room or reusable water bottle to fill up. 5.We were greeted warmly by Ndeye who helped us get settled in for our stay. 6. There was a local market on Sundays and Wednesdays right under the train track. Cons 1. The lifts are small and only one was functioning during our stay so be prepared to wait or walk down the stairs. 2. There is no daily housekeeping but there is a comfort room where we could replace supplies e.g towels, toilet paper etc. Since we stayed 6 nights, we were given 1 free housekeeping. Overall wasn’t an issue for us, but may be an expectation for some. 3. You can hear the trains zoom by, but the disruption was minimal as the windows came with decent sound proofing. Overall we really enjoyed our stay at Citadines!

聖誕假期，我2人入住這酒店4個晚上，感想就是 “價錢完全不值得” 1) 1晚露台房: 露台很骯髒，很狹窄，酒店房間破舊，洗手間很多黴菌，是花灑水壓極弱 2) 3晚普通房: 房間完全沒有暖氣，問職員拿移動式暖爐，對方說沒有。問職員拿毛毯，只給了一張，多一張也不能給。在負十度的溫度下，我跟另一半隻能穿著羽絨睡覺 3) 酒店職員工不友善，早上10點多站在前台，職員如看不見我們，只顧聊天，沒有招呼，我們大聲說要check in，才慢慢地安排。 4) 由於3點才有露台房，我們就提前check in，把行李暫時存在酒店，並向第一位酒店職員用現金一次性付了4個晚上城市稅。到3點拿房，第二位酒店職員問我拿城市稅，我表明已付，對方不相信，我反覆再表明，對方再看電腦才說已付。第二天早上退露台房並check in普通房，第三位酒店職員再問我拿城市稅，我直接表明第一天城市稅已付，麻煩紀錄做好一點，對方在不相信的情況下給我房卡 5) Check out時，房卡連同房號給了酒店職員，職員不禮貌地問哪個房號。那我給了你房號有什麼作用? 除了地理位置方便及看到巴黎鐵塔之外毫無優點 完全不推薦，差！！！ 1) One night in a balcony room: The balcony was dirty and cramped. The hotel room was old and run-down, the bathroom had a lot of mold, and the shower water pressure was extremely weak. 2) Three nights in a standard room: The room had no heating at all. When we asked the staff for a portable heater, they said they didn't have any. When we asked for blankets, they only gave us one, and wouldn't give us any more. In the -10 degree Celsius temperature, my partner and I had to sleep in down jackets. 3) The hotel staff were unfriendly. They were standing at the front desk around 10 am, and if they couldn't see us, they were busy chatting and didn't greet us. We had to loudly say we wanted to check in before they slowly made arrangements. 4) Since the balcony room wasn't available until 3 pm, we checked in early, temporarily stored our luggage, and paid the city tax for four nights in cash to the first hotel staff member. When we checked in at 3 pm, the second hotel staff member asked me for the city tax. I said I had already paid, but they didn't believe me. I repeatedly said it, and only after checking the computer did, they say I had paid. The next morning, after checking out of the balcony room and checking in a standard room, a third hotel staff member asked me for the city tax. I directly told them that I had already paid the city tax on the first day and asked them to keep a record of it. The staff member, seemingly unconvinced, gave me my room key. 5) Upon checkout, I gave the room key along with the room number to the hotel staff. The staff member rudely asked which room number it was. What's the point of giving you the room number then? Besides the convenient location and the view of the Eiffel Tower, it has absolutely no advantages. I absolutely do not recommend it, it's terrible!!!

交通方便，基本設備齊全。

很好，6/8號地鐵就在門口，真的是直達大門啊！周邊太方便了，各種吃的都有！房間也蠻大的，看著照片不大，其實挺長的，前面放行李箱足夠。

其他方面都是不錯的，10分鐘到鐵塔，塞納河遊船也很近，唯一不滿意的就是衞生，屋裡有蒼蠅，樓道也有蒼蠅，我在屋裡打了六衹

酒店位置不錯，出門去艾菲爾鐵塔、榮軍院等都適合步行。酒店房間配有冰箱微波爐洗碗機和洗菜盆電熱水壺電熱爐，適合加熱甚至燒製食品，有鍋有碗。出門左轉是麥當勞和一個較大的超市，食品飲料等很多的。四通八達的街巷中歺廳不少，有一“常滿”中式快餐，菜品全味道好。傳説中的酒店一樓有免費牛奶咖啡，此言不虛，每天外出回房間前先來一杯,在後院歇歇腳。房間無打掃衞生的，二層可自取大浴巾等，住了五天沒有打撓，自在。

服務差到無法語言形容，房間 衞生：衞生很差臟的沒有地方放行李 設施：老舊的傢俱不舒服的 環境：幾米就是鐵軌車五六分鐘一趟根本沒有辦法睡覺！説可以看到鐵塔三千多一晚，就是一個小尖，純粹騙人！

非常差！一晚2千嘅酒店竟然無水！完全無事前通知！停水當天放一張通告係reception 了事。邊個睇到？入住前就應該要通知！預定維修寫明0000-0600 即係一早知道，怎麼可能讓住客入住？！ 住酒店無水第一次！人生最差經歷！ 問職員只係答有memo post up, 請問早上通知一聲住客有幾難？！  仲有好多不足之處！未能盡數 最離譜係住酒店都會maintenance 停水，住客無水用咁點解仲俾入住？！要 maintenance 應該一早計劃好，咁搞法住客極不方便而且非常差體驗！難以置信！去遊玩打算盡興而歸竟然被酒店害得如此狼狽！！Ridiculous!!
