The hotel management does not have professionalism in managing reservations, modifying reservations, and customer service. When requesting to cancel a reservation and refund the amount of four nights booked online. The hotel did not agree to this and the full amount for the four nights was withdrawn. Unlike any respectable hotel, only the first night is charged in case of cancellation
