Excellent location, charming and authentic

Wir hatten Zimmer 601 in der 6.Etage. Das Zimmer war mit zwei Einzelbetten (Betten waren bequem) ausgestattet. Der Ausblick auf das Pantheon war herrlich! Eine Klimaanlage ist vorhanden. Das Badezimmer hatte eine Whirlwanne und zum duschen musste man sich in die Wanne stellen. Shampoo, Duschgel und Handseife sind vorhanden. Kaffeepadmaschine und Wasserkocher im Zimmer. Ein Kühlschrank der bei uns nicht kühlte, war im Zimmer. Wir hatten zwei Einbauschränke in der Wand, deren Größe völlig ausreichend waren. Ein Safe war fest im Schrank eingebaut. Es gab zwei Bademäntel und Hausschlappen. Zum Frühstück gab es Baguette, Toastbrot und Croissant. Eine Kaffeemaschine mit Pads, zur Selbstbedienung. Das Rührei war je nach Mitarbeiterin unterschiedlich. Leider gab es nur Ziege und Schafskäse! Die Salami schmeckte gut, musste man aber immer nachfordern! Frisches Obst gab es nur Ananas und Weintrauben im Wechsel. Es gab Naturtrüber -Apfelsaft, Orangensaft, Grapefruitsaft und Wasser.

I come to Hotel Relais Saint-Jacques every year. It's a small hotel perfectly located close to Luxembourg garden and in the heart of the! quartier Latin. The rooms are small but cosy and quiet. The breakfast doesn't give you lots of choices but it's good and sufficient for me at least. The bathroom could be updated a bit (replace the bathtub for a shower for example) and please bolt the safe on the wall otherwise it's almost useless...

This place was nothing to write home about. It’s not up to a one star hotel. Old, small, furniture peeling. The worst hotel I booked on my 訂房網站. I could not even spend a night there, had to book another hotel. I do not recommend at all.

Hôtel Relais Saint-Jacques is a fine hotel located 10 minutes by foot from Luxembourg Garden. Rooms are charming and soundproof. They have AC which is really rare in France. The staff is friendly and professional. Breakfast is good. 2 things they should correct to make the experience even more pleasant: - Have some music playing during breakfast - the safe should be securely attached to the wall otherwise what's the point, really?
