C’est parfait!!!
The receptionist are super nice.
The cleaning was good.
It is super near to both metro stations (Ménimontent : M2 & Rue Saint-Maur: M3), both within 2 mins of walking!
Surrounding there are supermarkets, McDonald's, KFC, Laundry, and post office for sending postcards, and lots of food!
