Siamo stai molto bene. Hotel pulito, staff sempre disponibile anche per consigli sui mezzi di trasporto e sui luoghi da visitare. L’Hotel ha un’ubicazione perfetta per raggiungere con i mezzi ogni punto della città ma è anche bello rimanere nei dintorni ed esplorare le stradine vicine. Soggiorno perfetto!

The staff was unfriendly, they ensured that I would move to another room bec it was noisy, and after letting me pack, they never did. Not recommended!

Номер кроха, но все чисто, аккуратно. Расположение отличное. В Париже всегда в этом районе останавливаюсь. Лучшие круассаны в 2х минутах от отеля.

I have arrived and asked for a quiet room if possible. Obviously they gave me one on the street side on the first floor. They promised to change me the next day and be ready for the check out, prepare my luggages. I come down ready to move the day later, and all of a sudden, the colleague mentions that it is not any longer possible to move me to another room. When I mention that I have already prepared all my luggages, the lady seems very annoyed. Towards the end of the day I think of staying 30 mins in the sauna and go downstairs. At the check in the lady mentioned sauna was included, however when I go down, the colleague says the service is not included and costs 50 Euro. Even the cleaning of the rooms, which are also very small (business), is not the best I have found. Price/Quality very low, kindness of the staff also low. I cannot say about the breakfast bec it was not included. The following day I left the hotel and found another nearby hotel, less expensive, better served by metro and also better service provided (3 stars better than this 4 stars hotel). I hope this helps the next customer!
