Razor Blade Hazard – Safety Warning for Future Guests During my recent stay at this hotel, I suffered a serious injury from the complimentary razor blade in the room. The product comes with no cap and is placed right at the opening of the box, making it dangerously easy to cut yourself when opening it. I ended up slicing a significant piece of flesh off my finger, causing heavy bleeding that took 20 minutes to control. Images are attached to show the injury and the product design. I spoke with both hotel management and IHG customer support, but unfortunately, the general manager refused to admit the product is a safety hazard or a design defect. This lack of accountability is disappointing and needs urgent attention from the brand. However, I sincerely thank the staff members who quickly assisted and bandaged my injured finger. Their care and professionalism helped me manage a difficult situation and are much appreciated. For anyone staying here: Please avoid using the provided razor blade kit – bring your own or purchase one elsewhere for safety. The current razor design is a genuine risk, and I hope the hotel takes steps to resolve this for future guests.

出差住的酒店，地點很好，中心地段，方便。酒店小小，設施服務都齊全，有問題打電話到前台都會得到解決。早餐也很不錯，整體小而精。走路20分鐘到盧森堡公園，超美。

位置不錯，性價比高，比埃菲爾鐵塔那邊的ibis好了幾倍，最起碼房間夠大，位置交通一樣便利，沒必要為了好位置花冤枉錢住埃菲爾鐵塔附近的15區，住這邊去景點一樣很近

The Hotel is amazing and recipiention staff was very friendly and nice , the room was very clean it is a bit small but that's all of France basically however it was very cozy and very clean the bed sheets were fresh and more important the parking garage was private, clean, smells good and safe and its very easy access 24/7 and everything was well maintained and the bathroom smells clean so the whole experience was just amazing

We stayed in voco end May 2025. Location is fantastic. Staff is friendly. However, the aircon was not working properly (not cool but warm and stuffy). We called the recept; they said the whole building has the same problem. In terms of bedroom slippers, water, toothbrush, etc. we had to go down to recept to get them.
