My daughter stayed 3 nights. The location is fantastic and the room spacious enough for us with a nice view over the street. The reception staff is very welcoming and friendly . As it is in the city and right next to a lively street with lots of traffic, street noise is to be expected. The issue is that there was a noise coming from the AC exit that prevented us from sleeping well until we were given ear plugs. I mentioned it the second morning but when we came back in the evening noting had been done. We were told that it will take some days ( room 502) . We were given an alternative to move to another room but at a time that was not convenient to us. It is just a shame that when we came back after a whole day, they had not contacted the technician at all.

Balcony room was nice, but toilet seat was loose told the receptionist and didnt do anything about it. Sleep was terrible due to the busy street and the noise of the underground. The receptionist were extremely kind but unfortunately was checked in 2.5 hours late due to technical issues and on top of the that no compensation or reimbursement.

Balcony room was nice, but toilet seat was loose told the receptionist and didnt do anything about it. Sleep was terrible due to the busy street and the noise of the underground.
