Good Location and Early Check-In, But Definitely Not “Luxury” The apartment is in a convenient location, close to Metro Line 9, and we really appreciated the early check-in service — that part was fantastic. However, the apartment is definitely not the “Luxury Apartment” described in the listing. In reality, it feels more like a 2–3 star level accommodation. When we booked, the property was advertised as a “Luxury Apartment,” but this description is seriously misleading. We measured all the beds ourselves, and none of them are deluxe Queen size as stated — every bed (including the sofa beds) is only standard size, around 140 cm wide. We have photo and video proof of our measurements. We were quite disappointed by this kind of false advertising, and even more surprised that the owner insisted this misleading information was acceptable. Regardless of any “promotion” price in the future, we wouldn’t recommend my friends staying here again.

Very high quality-price stay! It is a bonus to get such a big apartment in a place not far away from the city center. I was a little bit worried about the safety before making the reservation.It turned out that everything is great. There are two secruity gates and a security guard downstairs, which made me feel secured. To note: this is a modern building with a lift. It is convenient and comfortable but could not offer a typical Parisian experience of staying in a historical building hahaha.Also, it is impossible to walk to attractions though by metro it only takes around 10 minutes.

My stay in the apartment was perfect. Unlike many old apartments in Paris, this one is newly renovated with lovely decorations, very spacious and quiet. It has a big balcony which I like very much. It is very close to metro and easy to access attractions in Paris.Though not within walk distance, I could reach the Louvre in 10 minutes by metro. If you come to Paris with families or friends, would like to have manageable time in transportation and comfortable stay, here will be a good choice. Flaws: Check in was a little bit complex, and you need to ring the bell first. I guess for guests check in at midnight, it could be a problem. Hope they could make it easier later.
