I will not recommend this hotel anymore.
The ambiance and the cleanliness was good but the service was totally BAD. NEGLIGENCE IS MY MAIN CONCERN.
PLEASE READ UNTIL THE END. (FOR WARNING PURPOSES)
Imagine, unang punta ko palang pinag antay na nila ako ng almost 45mins kasi ung room daw namin is may laman at papalipatin pa nila ung nilagay nila na guest doon, at lilinisin pa. Okay lang sana kung walk in ako pumunta eh. But hindi po. Before palang ng date ng check in ko nagbyad na ako thru online in short reserved po ako. And I'm expecting na pag check in ko is iaassist nalang nila ako.
Take Note :(while I'm waiting doon sa lobby nila, ung dalawang girl na nag wowork doon sa front desk is nag uusap ng pasigaw pa sa harap mismo ng customer nila.
Second bad experience ko din is nung first night is na sira ang ilaw nila(hindi ko na po tinawagan kasi gabi narin naman at hinayaan ko na lang muna na mag umaga kasi wala rin namang mag aayos) but suddenly nung time na ni raise ko sya sa staff nila is sinabi niya lang na hindi pa sya sure kung maayos on that day kasi absent daw ang mag aayos at hindi niya rin daw alam ang gagawin (pinalampas ko po ulit kasi I told her na aalis naman ako sa room at hoping na sana pagbalik ko is okay na or magawan sana ng option.
Then on the second night na naka balik na ako sa room kasama ang family ko. Hindi parin daw okay, but nag offer sya ng ibang rooms, mahina nga lang daw ung aircon. (tinanggap ko nalang ung option niya na ibang room kasi no choice na ako at mahirap kapag walang ilaw dahil hindi lang naman ako ang andoon sa room. (family room po ang kinuha ko)
My 3rd worst experience is nung binigay na niya sakin ung another key para sa transfer room. Wala syang other reminder na binilin sakin at basta basta niya binigay sakin ung key(isa rin sa concern ko that night is kulang ng unan, walang towel at sira ang electric fan)
But my worst experience to them is sa paging NEGLIGENCE NILA. (My family didn't know kung anong mga gamit ung andoon sa loob ng room) until my sister found something light na parang bulb. She didn't know kung para saan ung light na un kasi wala naman pong note or reminders na naka lagay.
Unfortunately she opened it po. She thought that its a bulb(kaht ako wala pong idea kung ano kasi halos same na same sya sa simpleng ilaw lng.
THE BAD THING IS UMABOT, KAYA PALA NAKA RAMDAM KAMI NG PAG UUBO AT EYE IRRITATION KASI UNG BULB NA UN IS DISINFECTION UV BULB PALA :( :(
IMAGINE...BECAUSE OF THE NEGLIGENCE OF THEIR STAFF AND EVEN SA MGA GAMIT NILA, MAGPAPA HAMAK PA SILA NG GUEST NILA :( :(
THIS IS NOT THE FIRST TIME NA NANGYARI ITO AS PER THEIR MANAGER. (THE MSIN CONCERN HERE IS BAKIT HINDI NALANG NILA NILAGAY SA MAS SAFE inAT HIDE NA LUGAR UNG BAGAY NA UN. HINDI LAHAT NG GUEST AT COSTUMER NILA IS AWARE SA BAGAY NA UN.
AGAIN.. PLEASE BE ACCOUNTABLE NAMAN AND BE RESPONSIBLE SA MGA GAMIT NIYO.
