Pros: The location is very good, and the check-in/check-out process is very fast. Cons: I wasn't expecting too much from this budget hotel, but the soundproofing is horrible. I couldn’t sleep because someone kept banging doors, and I woke up early in the morning because housekeeping was chatting loudly while cleaning the other room.

I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The staff were generally very helpful and accommodating—special thanks to the security guards who were always ready to lend a hand. I arrived around midnight and asked the night front desk staff if I could check out at 1 PM instead of the usual time, and she kindly agreed, which I really appreciated. The room, although small, was clean, neat, and well-maintained. The Wi-Fi connection was strong and stable throughout my stay, which made it convenient for work and streaming. The only downside was my experience during checkout. The staff member assisting me in the morning seemed irritated and unwelcoming, which was disappointing after an otherwise good stay. Overall, it's a great option for a short and comfortable stay, and I would consider coming back.

Compared to hop Inn aseana, I have ermita a bit of a lower score as I was unsatisfied with some stuffs but not too overwhelming negative feedback. Just that bed has quite some small ants, broken remote(not so working, I didn't complain since it wasn't a big of a deal but I listed it so for them to double check)except those 2 things everything is good. Staffs are all nice especially the housekeeping guy. Will definitely book again in the future

Location was very good. Security around it and the cleanliness around the area is very appreciated. Hotel cleanliness needs to be improved. There were stains in the curtains and table. I saw a bug in the room of my neice and nephew of where they were staying. But overall value for money is OK..

The place was great, clean, and very comfortable to stay and staff are very approachable They have free water and there is seven eleven downstairs. Its near Mall of Asia, Shrine of Perpetual help and just near airport. I am very satisfied. Thank you guys Highly recommended

Absolutely the Worst Hotel Experience I’ve Had I booked Hop Inn Hotel Aseana because a friend recommended it and the location seemed convenient after my flight. Unfortunately, it turned out to be one of the most frustrating hotel experiences I’ve ever had. I arrived around 4:30 AM after a long and tiring flight, hoping to check in early or at least rest for a bit. Instead, I was told I couldn’t check in until 10 AM at the earliest because there was no standby housekeeping staff. Apparently, they only start cleaning at 10 AM, and the standard check-in time is 2 PM. I’ve stayed in many hotels—budget or otherwise—and I’ve never encountered a place this inflexible. What makes it worse is that the staff didn’t seem to care or try to help in any way. I was basically told to wait in the lobby for hours after a flight, completely exhausted, with no real alternative or compassion from the team. For a “hotel” that markets itself as convenient for travelers near the airport, the setup is ridiculous. How can you call yourself a traveler-friendly hotel when you can’t accommodate early check-ins or have housekeeping available before 10 AM? I would never recommend this place to anyone arriving from an early or late flight. Spend a little more for a hotel that actually values your comfort and understands hospitality. Hop Inn Aseana is clean, sure—but it completely fails where it matters most: basic guest care and flexibility.
