這次在 Bayprime Hotel 入住三晚，整體體驗相當不錯，地理位置十分便利。酒店周邊生活機能完善，步行約 150公尺就有 7-Eleven 便利商店，約 550公尺處還有 Landmark生活用品、衣物、、化妝品、零食⋯都能買到。距離捷運站大約 300 公尺，交通也相當方便。若是外國旅客，叫 Grab Taxi 幾乎隨叫隨到，離市中心約 25-30 分鐘車程即可抵達。 前台服務人員的態度非常親切，英文溝通基本沒問題，有些口音稍重但仍能順利交流。整體給人的印象是禮貌又友善。 早餐在一樓餐廳提供自助式餐點，選擇相當多樣化，口味偏向中式、粵菜風格，生菜及熱食都很豐富；中午午餐與晚餐的價位也合理，份量充足，口味合台灣人的胃口。 唯一比較可惜的是客房打掃的時間安排不太理想，清潔人員通常都要到晚上七點才開始整理，整理到非常晚地衣天入住的時候是還好，第二天他們就整理到晚上十點，第三天也是晚上九點到十點都還在整理，有時會影響休息。雖然整潔度尚可，但整體清潔人員的訓練與細緻度仍有提升空間。 這次我們四人入住豪華雙人床房型，房間寬敞舒適，空調穩定，但cat的聲音稍微有點大，床鋪柔軟好睡。整體而言，Bayprime Hotel 是一間 交通便利、餐飲優秀、服務親切的飯店，雖然不是十全十美，但不影響整體住宿體驗。若之後再訪當地，仍會考慮再次入住。

Had a wonderful stay at Bayprime Hotel! Service was excellent, the staff were friendly and accommodating. The hotel was very clean — you can tell it’s new and well-maintained. We also enjoyed the breakfast buffet, which had a good variety of options. The location is super convenient — just a few minutes away from the mall and the airport. Only downside was the towels and bathrobes, which had a slightly musty scent (amoy kulob), but it wasn’t a major issue. Overall, we had a great experience and would definitely stay again! 🌟

住過很多次了，位置很好，離機場近，原來附近有很多中國餐廳，可能因為POGO的原因，都關了。酒店的服務人員都很客氣，早餐也很好，下次有機會還會入住。

酒店對於打掃人員的處理很差，我更換房間，手錶跟耳機落在床上，晚上想起來並告知前台，前台説需要第二天早上處理，然後就是打掃人員的不承認，前台人員的所謂員工私隱保護不允許我跟當事人當面溝通，就這麼把我的物品帶走了

I've been charged 1000 pesos to damage bath towel and I've been told it was blood stain but actually it wasn't. I believe hotel staff tried to made money off it and they succeeded. I'll never stay in life in this hotel. Moreover when I checked in. I wanted to pay for breakfast buffet and they told me you can have complimentary coz i couldn't pay online for 1 person then I wanted to have breakfast in the morning and he been told to pay 650 pesos. Worst customer service and worst communication skills.

Had a wonderful stay at Bayprime Hotel! Service was excellent, the staff were friendly and accommodating. The hotel was very clean — you can tell it’s new and well-maintained. We also enjoyed the breakfast buffet, which had a good variety of options. The location is super convenient — just a few minutes away from the mall and the airport. Only downside was the towels and bathrobes, which had a slightly musty scent (amoy kulob), but it wasn’t a major issue. Overall, we had a great experience and would definitely stay again! 🌟
