飛機沒趕上，臨時選的。離機場近，接駁車是有的，跟著客運大樓指示牌到hotel shuttle點等著就可以了。司機人很好，幫拿東西。酒店位置有點荒，但畢竟衹是臨時過夜。比前面住的莫泰強他多了。

酒店很乾凈，離機場很近，有免費班車接送，就圖這一點方便，但是我們到了機場，叫班車，説要半點整點才有車，我們下午4:40到，説5點有班車，等到5點沒見車，又打電話，説馬上來，等到5:30才來車，這點服務有點差

航班取消臨時訂的，接送機服務很棒。唯一的缺點就是冰箱和空調噪音太大了，睡眠質量不好的人很難睡好覺。

This hotel offers a free shuttle to and from the airport, running every 30 minutes. To catch it, exit through Door 56 in Terminal 3 Arrival, cross two lanes, and look for the blue shuttle sign. It’s a good idea to call the hotel in advance to let them know when you’ll arrive. There’s also an Applebee’s nearby for a quick bite. The Hilton is known for its comfy beds, and don’t forget to ask for their delicious chocolate chip cookies! Enjoy your stay!

Was disappointed with the hotel service and reception. Initially decided to book with this hotel because it states free airport shuttle service for pickups and drop off. Sent 2 emails to the hotel to enquire about the free airport shuttle pickups but did not receive any single response! Landed at the Las Vegas Airport with no pickups from this hotel.

Was faced with a ‘dodgy room’ on arrival from a long haul flight. Pick up service from airport went well enough but thereafter everything else went downhill. Unhelpful with luggage and room had faulty blinds that wouldn’t shut and an air conditioning unit that sounded like a plane taking off.  Rang down to report the fault and was taken through the motions of how to pull a blind!   Went downstairs in the end and then a conversation ensued between the check in agent and her supervisor as to whether there was an engineer on site and whether they could indeed change my room even though more rooms were available 🤷🏽♀️ Was kept there for about 15mins whilst they debated in front of me the customer who was knackered by the way! Finally agreed to switch my room only after I was interrogated as to whether I had touched or used anything. A farcical experience and their way of apologising was to give me 2 bar vouchers!! Best thing about the hotel is the airport shuttle service, but the staff….. even on checkout had a grumpy ‘non morning’ agent. Needless to say that for future this one won’t be on my list!
