Studio Ninamu, a Blue-Tinged Retreat in the Heart of Papeete (Studio Ninamu, a Blue-Tinged Retreat in the Heart of Papeete)

I booked for 5 nights but had to leave on the 2nd day due to multiple issues with this property. The whole building is filthy and the room is unclean. The most frightening part is the giant cockroaches in the bedroom and bathroom. I was able to take pics of them and they are scary. The host diminished my concern saying that “they are not dangerous”. The light bulbs over the kitchen counter are all dusty and there are numerous fingerprints on the sliding glass door. The floor has lots of stains. The ignitor for the gas stove is not working and there is no matches in the room. The host asked me to buy some next day and said that these are “small inconveniences”. After spending a sleepless night in fear of the 2 inches long cockroaches in the room, I requested to check out next day and the host just disappeared. I then left at 9:45am the following morning and the host refused to refund me. Unbelievable, completely ruined my vacation.
