Atendimento bom, mas falta muita coisa no hotel. Por exemplo nos quartos que reservamos nem mesas de cabeceira tinham. Não existe telefone para contactar a recepção caso seja necessário, e nos dias de calor não existe gelo para os hóspedes caso queiramos beber alguma bebida fresca no quarto. Compramos bebidas no supermercado, e tivemos de as beber quentes. Em pleno calor de verão. Estamos habituados a cadeia Íbis de vários países, mas este Íbis Budget Port de Pantin foi uma decepção.

衹圖去公司方便，近龐坦火車站。房間很小，什麼都沒有，衞生間還算大了。兩張很小的床，就在路邊，有點吵，走道上的隔音也不好，睡覺是個大問題。早餐天天都一樣，衹有幾種麵包，兩種肉，水果飲料之類，衹能管飽。服務員一般般

The hotel room was clean, tidy, quiet, spacious and with good city view. The service was a bit slow when asked to repair the sinkhole (not a big deal anyway, can be improved). No kettle in the room created inconveniences when need to make some hot drinks during late night (unless you don’t mind to go all the way down to the lobby and boil hot water by yourself). The surrounding of the hotel - day time was fine, but a bit too quiet or feel unsafe at night especially after 9.00pm. However, the hotel frontline receptionists were friendly and helpful.

The staff were incredibly supportive and the hotel was immaculate in its cleanliness. The rooms were a great size and the location was pretty good, even though it was on the outskirts on Paris, it was still close to many shops and restaurants and a very good cheap alternative.

L'hôtel est bien. Le personnel agréable et très à l'écoute. Le parking est un peu compliqué mais bien pour des gens qui venaient pour les JO 2024. Les renseignements pour se rendre aux différents sites étaient parfaits.
