酒店大廳、早餐區、花園都很寬敞漂亮，就是酒店招牌太小了，司機跑了兩圈愣是沒注意到。房間很贊，妥妥的高床軟枕。服務人員也都很親切。一樓沙發區、辦公區位置多，還有吧枱。👍

Says there's a small fridge when I googled but there was no fridge. Two nights of me sweating even if they said they would check the aircon. Third and last night went ok. I wish they could have called first when someone tried to enter my room while getting changed so I screamed( music was on ) he said he knocked but there's a telephone too. However, the young staff at the reception were very helpful.

I don’t understand why this hotel can claim itself to be a 4-star hotel and charged us higher city tax when it doesn’t even have the most basic amenities, for example, a mini fridge. Room is tidy and narrow. TV doesn’t come with Netflix app. Also, the shower room is faulty and also very bad in design, water just kept flowing out from the shower and the floor is always wet. They should have provided more towels if the housekeepers are aware of this issue. The location is sketchy as the area is full of so many homeless people especially at night. They really need to improve their standards. Also, their staff is not friendly or warm. (Typically Parisian attitude) Not coming back for sure.

The hotel is located just 10 minutes by train on the Magenta line from Gare du Nord. It is in a hip up and coming area and a short walk from Pantin station. The rooms are cozy and beautifully decorated with hip accentuations. The area is safe and mostly residential so even at night one would feel secure walking back to the hotel. Highly recommended!
