We really enjoyed our stay at Hotel Panorama! The room was spacious, clean and comfortable, but the best part was definitely the bed — it was so comfortable and we had a really good night’s sleep. The overall room space was great and made our stay feel very relaxing. We had a lovely experience here and would definitely consider staying again when we’re next in Adelaide. Highly recommended!

Very nice hotel for such a cheap price. The room had all the necessary amenities and the gym was quite nice as well.

I booked this hotel mainly because it was newly opened. The hotel has a fresh, modern vibe, and the family room we checked into looked stylish, with a well-thought-out layout and modern amenities. However, looks can be deceiving. The shower does not have an enclosure, so water splashes into the vanity area and leaves the floor wet. The worst part is that the water does not drain properly because the floor drain is slightly elevated. As a result, water pools underneath the vanity counter. This is a safety hazard, especially for small children and elderly guests. In my case, I was particularly concerned about my mum accidentally stepping onto the wet floor and slipping. I raised the issue with the front desk and was told that housekeeping would be sent to clean up the water and provide additional towels. I also asked for the body soap dispenser to be refilled, as it was already empty. It was eventually topped up on our second day, but the cream dispenser next to the sink was left empty. I don't understand why the other dispenser wasn't simply checked and refilled at the same time while housekeeping was already attending to it. Another inconvenience is that the hotel does not provide a vanity kit unless you specifically request one. Some guests may not travel with essentials such as cotton buds and cotton pads because they reasonably expect these basic toiletries to be provided by the hotel. The lighting switch system is quite annoying and not very practical. To dim the lights, you have to press and hold the switch, but if you hold it for too long, the light switches off completely. This makes adjusting the lighting unnecessarily fiddly. The bathroom design also raises serious privacy concerns. The bathroom is separated from the bedroom by a sliding glass door that is see-through when all the bathroom lights are switched on. Even when the lights are dimmed, a person's silhouette is still clearly visible from the bedroom. This means you essentially have to use a dimly lit bathroom if you want any degree of privacy. To make matters worse, there is no exhaust fan in the bathroom. This means that if someone uses the toilet for a bowel movement, the smell can quickly spread throughout the entire room. While this might be less of an issue if you're travelling with immediate family, it could be extremely awkward if you're sharing the room with friends or other people. Combined with the transparent bathroom partition, there is very little privacy.

Чисто , комфортно и уютно . Завтраки европейские на любителя но очень вкусные. Рядом есть варианты поесть . Парковка бесплатная и места есть . В выходные достаточно много народу тк есть спорт бар , казино и много чего другое интересное. Но все очень хорошо организовано и не мешает для проживания.

I loved the hotel! It’s new, very beautiful, and the rooms are modern, nice, and very clean. The facilities are also lovely. It has underground parking. The breakfast was also really good, and the price was reasonable. Overall, it was a great experience and I would definitely stay there again. We were also very happy with the price, especially for a brand-new hotel.

First time stay and very impressed with the quality of the rooms and facilities at this new hotel. Breakfast was excellent and bedroom spacious and quiet. Requested room with city views but not quite realised from our 1st floor room.

Another great stay!!!! Comfy bed, great sleep. Convenient location for what I was doing. Probably the only downer is that the shower don’t fan/ exhaust so might have a mold problem soon.

Easy to find, friendly and polite staff, beautiful room, comfortable bed. I would definitely stay again and recommend to others.
