The hotel is rundown, no maintenance and the air condition has never been service before, toilet door jammed and the water from the tap smell bad! I would not recommend this hotel

Rayyan Soffea Hotel in Kota Bharu, Malaysia is a 2.0 star hotel that offers a range of facilities to ensure a comfortable and convenient stay for its guests. Set along Federal Route 57, this unassuming budget hotel is 6 km from both the vibrant Siti Khadijah Market and the Istana Batu Royal Museum. Hotel budget tapi ada sediakan lif. 👍 Service counter 👍 Service bilik 👍 Cuma part bilik air agak nenyedihkan. Shower head tercabut, lantai & dinding tidak dibersihkan dgn baik.

The hotel located nearby airport so easy for those who’s taking flight. However in terms of cleanliness it’s quite bad because the toilet sting, smell and dirty. Hope hotel will take action on this to improve the service and quality.
