Hotel is a little dated but flea and comfy. Limited menu Poor coffee !

Seedy interiors seems to be secaying very filthy under the bed poor ac but courteous staff cannot justify the rate

Room smelling bad lobby ac not working driver room not available breakfast not served properly

Very horrible service of hotal. Too much noise pollution is there property is very costly & service is very horrible.

The property is surrounded with marriage halls on all sides, it's not possible to have a decent night's sleep in this hotel. No sound proofing, insulation! nothing is there. We booked for some guests, they couldn't fall asleep till 3. 30 in the morning.

The property was neat and clean. The breakfast options were good too with a good mix of veg and non veg options. The room was spacious.

Terrible experience, one of the worsts actually rooms were stickingwashroom had stainsbedsheets were stinkingwifi speed was worse, also got the wifi username and password after calling them thriceif you are staying here and you also have work and need wifi for that then god bless you because you are going to struggle hard breakfast buffet options were limited and the rava of the upma was stinking which means it was old and not from the fresh loti asked for a tea spoon and i was given a used one by their staff while our breakfasti told him it's used and to change it to which he said i only stirred tea with it so it's not used as such i was so shocked that who allowed him to be in the hotel industrypeople don't have this behaviour even in local dhabas these days and he's behaving like this in a 4 star the hotel services wasn't upto the mark for the price we paid for the two days stay in the suite category and in executive this hotel isn't worth more 2k per night and is definitely not a 4 star that they claim to be ! they need to improve big time on everythingonly one lady in the restaurant with whom we had an encounter during our breakfast time was sensible and professional enough and was trying her best to manage things others just had a very casual attitude and no sense of professionalism at all never booking this property again !

No welcome from hotel, room wasn’t properly cleaned inside and outside area. Cigarettes smell in the room. Quality of food was not upto mark. I will not recommend to any body to stay there
