Rooms in terrible condition, No water supply, pathetic food and very bad staff behaviour. Rooms were stinking and there were lot of insects.

Property is in main market of panipat. One single coffee is costing rs. 74. One water bottle is costing rs. 38- i didn't used than also he added in bill. However, later removed from bill. Full hotel is having bad smell. They kept used soap in room. Pillow cover were used by previous guest. Washroom very old. Room phone not working properly. Ac remote not working. Stink all over inside hotel. Not a neat and clean hotel.

Hotel service was not good we face problems given below- 1. There was many cockroach in room 2. No towel (only first day) 3. Toilt was not clean shower not working properly 4. Shampoo and soap only first day 5. Order delivery was very late
