酒店設施挺新的，房間大乾淨整潔舒適，早餐種類豐富，離alona海灘有一段距離且途徑路線晚上比較黑。早上6點就提供早餐，對於一早報團出海很是友好，有時間吃點早餐。整體來看性價比不錯，是很推薦的。

沒熱水洗澡 詢問櫃檯說熱水器壞掉要修2週 有點傻眼…… 不過飯店早餐很不錯👍🏼

入住兩天 沐浴乳反應清潔人員 結果得到答案是隻剩香皂可以用 房內吹風機不見 也是跑去跟櫃檯反應 餐廳整體算不錯 泳池還算可以 有小孩玩水高度 飯店走出外面 差異真的好大 還以為蓋在貧民區的地方

Location is a bit far from Alona Beach, but the resort offers free shuttle services at fixed times (9AM, 12PM, 3PM, 6PM, and 9PM), which is very convenient. The room was clean and spacious. We were initially assigned a room with connecting doors, so we could hear noise from the adjacent room. After showing a video of the issue, the staff kindly accommodated our request for a room change. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. However, the other room we booked wasn’t ready by 3PM, so we had to wait about 30 minutes. They allowed us a late check-out though, which we really appreciated. Overall, a pleasant stay and great value for the price. Recommended.

Highly recommend! Great service and consistent quality as always. The staff are friendly esp. Ms. Angel and Ms. Rowela at reception, they are all kind and hospitable, and make our visit enjoyable,fun and memorable. the place is perfect for a family getaway. ❤️

洗手檯凹槽，很髒，和櫃檯反應了，但是還是沒有清理乾淨，第一晚入住時冷氣運轉聲音很大，和服務台反應，才派維修人員來換空氣濾網，因為濾網太髒，無法陷入空氣，才導致運轉聲音太大聲，沙灘很漂亮，床單和房間算乾淨。

Hotel is 10 mins away from the city but they have free shuttle which has a standard schedule. Beach front is a bit small and beach is not that clean tho. But would still recommend this hotel. We went here during the typhoon season in Manila so our flight was changed. Staffs are kind enough to allow us to do early check in and late check out. They have bfast buffet and what I love is they change the menu daily. We just hope there are more shuttle service time slots going to the main city so that it will lessen the transpo expenses. Thank you for accommodating us, Solea Coast :)
