整個resort已經很殘舊了，一進房間冷氣開很大，但沒有辦法調低，因為會有異味。職員特別預備了兩瓶用來洗面的水，原來洗手盆出來的自來水是鹹的… 浴室的熱水也很飄忽。 但職員服務非常好，他們的合作夥伴按摩店Su是我這幾天去過最好的一家。

非常差的酒店，就靠幾張照騙招攬生意。老闆是中國人，管理混亂，衞生狀況堪憂，地板上全是積水，交通不便，去阿羅娜要200p，非常不推薦

這是我第二次來薄荷島。第一次訂的一家在alona的大馬路附近，也是出去門口有泳池的，但是好舊，水壓不穩定而且經常沒熱水。這次看到這家圖片環境很好，評價也不錯就訂了。真的這個假期在這太舒服了！ 首先比較新，房間很乾凈！水壓也很大熱水也穩定！第二前台小姐姐服務態度超級好，英文完全可溝通！第三基本整個出行比如租摩託、報訂房網站、上門按摩、潛水課在前台都能搞定！第四，早餐很多選擇，也很好吃！就算是早上5點就要出發潛水，前台也會給我備好早餐帶著。最重要是全天免費供應咖啡果汁和先煮的辛拉麵！！！潛完水回來沒換衣服不想出去吃但又很餓就在酒店來一碗熱拉麵真的太棒了！！！第五地理位置也不錯，騎車去alona也就6-8分鐘！我們在這待了一週太享受了！下次回來還會訂這家！！

房間很多蚊蟲 床單、浴巾都沒有很乾淨🙄更誇張的是 廁所沒用馬桶還堵塞 我們還在房間內等員工通馬桶 飯店對於處理危機都沒有一個sop 讓客人傻傻等 還要自己去櫃檯要求換一間 然後被換到不一樣的房型 也沒做什麼補償 爛斃了

宿泊してみて、まず驚いたのは清潔感の高さ。 特に部屋はびっくりするほど綺麗で、この価格帯ではなかなか出會えないレベルでした。 洗面所やシャワーは概ね快適でしたが、タイミングによっては水の出が弱い時があったのが少し殘念。 Wi-Fiは安定していて、動畫視聴や作業も問題なし。 空港送迎サービスがあるのも便利で、移動がとてもスムーズでした。 フリードリンクや軽食もあり、ちょっとした休憩に助かります。 また、朝早く空港へ向かうと伝えたところ、スタッフの方がわざわざ朝食をテイクアウト用に準備してくれ、その心配りが本當に嬉しかったです。 立地・設備・サービスのバランスがよく、次回もぜひ利用 したいと思える宿でした。

Hidden Gem! I recently stayed at this hotel and was genuinely impressed with every aspect of my experience. From the moment I arrived, I was struck by the modern yet warm aesthetics of the property. The cleanliness of the entire hotel stood out immediately. From the spotless lobby to the pristine rooms, it's clear the staff takes great pride in maintaining high hygiene standards. The room itself was cozy, fresh, and well-equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. One of the best surprises was the affordability. For the quality and ambiance offered, the rates are very reasonable—excellent value for money, especially compared to other places in the area. The staff deserves a special mention. They were approachable, friendly, and always ready to help with a smile. Whether I had questions about local attractions or needed assistance with my booking, their service was top-notch—warm and professional. Despite being in a peaceful and quiet location (ideal for relaxation or remote work), the hotel is surprisingly accessible. Shops, restaurants, and public transport are all within easy reach, so I never felt isolated or inconvenienced. All in all, this hotel offers the perfect blend of comfort, style, and convenience. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend it to anyone looking for a tranquil yet well-connected place to stay. I’ll definitely be returning on my next visit!

We stayed here for 2 days, and we will definitely return on our next 訂房網站. The staff was really attentive and kind, and the rooms were beautifully maintained. I was actually taken aback when I arrived because I was given a complimentary coco latte drink. My stay was enjoyable, and I will most definitely return soon to see my family. P.S the foood is worth it with its price!!! 🥰

好喜歡這個酒店！不用出門就可以進入游泳池，但壞處是如果大家在游泳池講話還是可以聽得見，但泳池關閉之後環境還是很安靜的！會考慮再住！

The place is very clean and cozy. What you see in their photos is what you get. They have very friendly and accommodating staffs. Their breakfast is the bomb 👌🏻😍. I recommend you try their coconut latte, it’s good. They also rent their e-bike for 500php/day so you could roam around Panglao which is budget friendly instead of riding toktok going to one destination to another. You get more than what you paid for. They also have this mini playpen area for kids.
