Our experience at this hotel was terrible. 1. The staff were very rude and unprofessional. 2. Two pairs of our shoes were stolen from the hotel, and management did nothing to help. 3. They refused to refund our deposit just because of a 1-hour late checkout and even shouted at us about it. Very poor service, security, and management. We do not recommend this hotel to anyone. But location is very convenient.
