I was really disappointed with my recent stay at The Monarch Hotel. I specifically requested a room away from the housekeeping room for a more peaceful stay, but the receptionist still gave me one directly in front of it. It was frustrating because I made the request in advance, and it felt like they didn’t take it seriously. For a hotel of this level, I expected better attention to guest preferences. The room itself was fine, but the poor service at the front desk really affected my overall experience. I hope they improve their customer service and actually listen to guest requests next time.

I had a wonderful stay at Monarch Hotel Calasiao! The rooms were spacious, modern, and very clean, with comfortable beds that made for a relaxing rest. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, always ready to assist with a warm smile. The amenities, especially the pool and dining options, were excellent and added to the overall experience. The location is also convenient, making it easy to explore the area. Overall, a great place to stay for both relaxation and business—highly recommended!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at The Monarch Hotel, and I must say, it exceeded my expectations in every way! The room was clean, comfortable, and beautifully appointed. I felt right at home from the moment I walked in. The free breakfast was a wonderful surprise - the selection was impressive, and the food was delicious. But what really made my stay stand out was the exceptional service from the staff. They were friendly, accommodating, and went above and beyond to ensure my stay was enjoyable. Overall, I highly recommend The Monarch Hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable, convenient, and enjoyable stay. I'll definitely be back! Rating: 5/5 stars

The room was clean and comfy—aircon was cold, bed was cozy, and the bathroom had strong water pressure (big plus). Check-in was easy, staff were nice but not too formal, which I liked. Location’s super convenient—near food spots and gas stations, so you don’t feel stuck. There's a mall right across and lots of restaurant choices within the compound. Room Service wasn't too bad either. If you’re passing through or need a place to crash in Pangasinan, this one’s solid. Would stay again.

Our family had an unforgettable stay at The Monarch Hotel in Calasiao, Pangasinan. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the hotel’s elegant design and warm ambiance. The check-in process was smooth, and the staff were incredibly accommodating and attentive to our needs.

Good hotel when you stay in Dagupan, eventhough there is nothong to do there. We had problems with the hotel. Through 訂房網站 I booked for three, I paid for three, I checked in for three. Nevertheless, a third bed was not provided and I had to pay extra for the bed. Same with the lounge. Since we are travelling with our 11yrs old son, he is not allowed in the lounge. Where do we leave our son? Strange policy, at least arrange a game room or a cinema or something, or let me bring our son and tell him to be quiet. No use for access to the loung of you’re not allowed to go there.

The hotel is well situated across from a mall, which made it convenient to get whatever we needed during our stay. The restaurant in the hotel serves up some pretty tasty food, but I was disappointed that the breakfast buffet wasn't located there. Breakfast was a buffet, but it was rather basic. The pool area is well done with a well maintained pool and deck.
