Staff are friendly. They will assist you in anyway they can. The room was superb 😀 and we also appreciate the bicycle they've got for their in house guests.My kids really enjoyed it.

I didn’t know that there’s a nice hotel in the province. We really enjoyed our stay here and we will comeback, since we always visit our relatives yearly might as well stay here a night or two. They have nice amenities and good food.

This is my second time , The hotel is ok, my only negative experience here is the food they provide almost terrible food menu , no much choices, and the available food either salty or oily too much or not good taste, we did not enjoy eating at all,  The desserts are very limited and no much good options, no variety of ice-cream, no magnum ice cream,  no much shakes drinks, when we ask some favorites food always they say sorry not available or short in stock, imagine  there is no grilled or bbq meal at all, we like sea food bbq, but unfortunately this meal not included in their menu ..  they should improve their food menu and their food quality.. i will not repeat my stay here unless they improve their food quality and desserts,

This is a lovely place to stay, especially on weekdays when it is quieter, something some may prefer. Staff are well trained and courteous. There are two very nice swimming pools, lit up at night and good spacious rooms, modern with balcony, table and chairs where you can sit out and enjoy the pool view. Very reasonable for the price and far amd away the best place we have stayed anywhere in Pangasinan.

It has a beautiful pool area that could do with more shaded areas and table service , no room service between 10 pm and 7 was disappointing and our room wasn’t serviced the whole 3 nights we asked for clean towels on second night staff were lovely but the restaurant has a very limited selection as too breakfast options are poor !

Great place to stay, with very courteous and helpful staff. The setting, pools and view are great. Stayed here a few months ago, and noticed there is quite a bit of noise nuisance now which may not be for everybody. It may be because it was on the weekend, but the poolside music sets up a booming effect audible inside the rooms, also a nearby band rehearsing / playing late at night (adjacent premises to resort?) - bass guitar, drums and caterwauling - not good. Recommend staying Monday to Thursday if you want a quieter stay? But overall a good experience. Price is fair for what you get.
