Rooms are equipped with all kinds of facilities and fancies. Services are also good except the restaurant service. Breakfast arrived after 1 hour of ordering.

it was horrible experience. AC of the room turned off automatically after 15 minutes. they said this is the only delux room left and you have to stay here only.because we had already made the payment through mmt, we had to stay and I was up all night to turn the ac again and again

Very bad stay .Refrigerator, Electric Kettle,TV did not work.Initially room given did not have a window.After making request another room was given with window but,above said amenities did not work. My friend stayed in the same day in hotel Parbhat Inn which is half the cost of ELm and its much better hotel.I will never recommend Elm to anyone.

At the rooftop, there was cocktail party, due to which there was huge sound pollution, this was ñeven after the requesting to receptionist up to mid night.

Extremely non professional attitude, very bad linens, room lighting, furniture cloths with stains, window glasses not transparent, bathroom shower system faulty. Overall very poor experience. I can never recommend anyone to stay there.

I had a very comfortable stay at hotel elm, panchkula. Staff were very polite and helpful. Location was also good. Food was just too good from both restaurants- chugli & bisaat

Really a bad experience for myself. I had booked the room with dinner & breakfast. As my check in was late, i wanted to know about the menu, but nobody responded on the given number. At 11 in the evening, i receive a call that they provide a fixed thali for dinner. I didn't take dinner, subsequently. While checking in, nobody came to help with the luggage & some persons even seeing me checking in, remained confined to front office. They provided me a dingy, window less room, and was stinking with smile. After i agitated, they provided me another room with a closed window but had torn out wall papers. Breakfast was limited to a fixed menu. Ni biscuits, muffins. As i am travel-ling profusely, i suggest not to stay in this hotel given the mediocre & inadequate services being provided by the hotel.

Amazing location, good staff, clean & cozy room! food was also good. Overall we had a very comfortable stay. Whenever visiting panchkula again, will stay in the same hotel. Value for money !
