cleanliness was good. poor management. u can hear noises from outside when u are in the room. quite disturbing. food was good. was charged for water. they should have informed earlier if it was a paid service.

The hotel is neat and clean. Staff service is very good. We enjoyed staying in the hotel. The only disappointing thing is the motor works that surrounds the palace.

Small Hotel location , food and services are ok. Good experience. except some parking problem. Staff is gentle & polight. Rooms are little bit small . but fine. Cleanliness is maintained. Hotel outdoor view is not that great. It is on first floor above the Moter market shops. over all the experience was as expected. Manager is polite and respectful.Good new construction.
