My family and I absolutely loved our stay at the brand new Sofitel in Casco Viejo! The service was impeccable all around. We were in love with all the mixed culture details of France and Panama and look forward on coming back!

Phenomenal place, from the moment we arrived to the minute we left we were treated with such respect and kindness. The facilities in the room, the pool and the quality breakfast experience was second to none. Definitely our number one place to stay in Panama City. Special mention to Denisse on reception, Keyla and Ivan at the concierge desk and Marylin in Caleta. All went above and beyond to ensure we had the most incredible stay. Thank you so much, we hope to see you again soon!
