The location of the hotel is wonderful, easy to find and located at the beach front. However, the hotel is pretty old and the facilities are aged without proper maintenance, unfortunately. The air con was the old style and was extremely loud. Service is kinda below my expectation thought - overcharged the resort fee and put it on my credit card again even I made the cash payment upon check in.

The hotel front desk agent tried to charge me twice for the hotel service fee. I booked through 訂房網站.com and had already paid for the hotel service fee which is $98 for 2 nights. After showing them the itemized receipt, they said it is the 3rd party service fee, not the hotel service fee. I told them I’m not paying another service fee. I’m glad I did not have to pay twice, but it was kind of ruin my day. Now there is another extra charge on my credit card placed by the hotel. I am in the process of disputing with my credit card. Overall, I like the place, but not the way they tried to charge for all these hidden or bogus fees. Note: the hotel is already expensive…
