Terrible service. From the moment I arrived, there was no one to help with the baggage. A hotel staff was standing outside and went right back in the moment she saw us. The check-in counter lady called Geisen was not welcoming at all. She did no explanation about the hotel or the checkin process. There was basically ZERO interaction that occured. The only time she talked was to another guest who just interrupted everything and she diverted all her attention on them. She handed me an envelop and passed me the keys. No confirmation on my room type or the number of nights or any payment matters. Through my 2 nights stay, no one ever greeted us. I don’t know if it’s a race thing that we’re Chinese or they just have some attitude problem. When it was time to checkout and guess what, no one helped with the bags as usual. This guy saw us loading, deliberately walked 1 round around the car and once things are loaded, pretended to want to help out. Ridiculous place. We stayed at Room 520 from 25 Apr - 27 Apr 2026. Plus the shower area was leaking water. STAY AWAY!

Alles in einem ein gutes Hotel, die Leute sind freundlich, die Lage ist gut, das Frühstück ist in Ordnung. Die Dusche wurde während unseres Aufenthalts nicht gereinigt, das sieht man an die Haare an der Wand. Die Temperatur im Restaurant ist zu niedrig gedreht, so wie in den USA (Gefühlt 16 Grad). Ich verstehe nicht, warum man nicht die Wohlfühltemperatur (20-23 Grad) einstellen kann. Aber das ist eher ein generelles Problem, da sie von den Amerikanern abgeguckt haben.
