服務態度很差，要杯熱水都沒有，需要付款1美金，房間裡面如果需要打掃，需前台提前一天預約，房間的廁所漏水，滿了一屋子，到前台去告知，工作人員愛理不理，一句知道了，就打發我們，在客房等了5個小時，沒有人來處理！千萬不要住這個酒店。最後要求退回7天的房費也被拒絕！巴拿馬的代理應該好好考察一下酒店，然後再上線，他不靠譜了

Staff could be better. They aren't the kindest. Also the showers are faulty and small cockroach are there that come out at night so beware for leaving you food outside of the fridge. Room are very cold sometimes too cold even when the AC is off and the sheet are quite thin not much protection from the cold. I would say the place is as cold as the staff are they really are something. Honestly not a horrible place but the staff made it more uncomfortable

Costumer Service 10/10 Hotel Facilities 2/10 Cleaning 6/10 Swimming Pool 2/10 Kitchen 4/10 I would like to say that is a very disrespectful to find a woman interior dress in the room, the curtains was so dirty the was supposed to be white but is grey, and also the elevator and the entry door have serios problem is not normal that mostly of the is stoping.
