Hotel Review We had made a corporate booking for our company VP, opting for the best room at this hotel, but the stay turned out to be a disaster. On the first day, when he checked in late at night, he found the bed covered in rat droppings, making it impossible to stay in the room. The staff arranged an alternative room, but the issue didn’t end there. The following day, after raising the matter again, the hotel promised to prepare the room properly. However, when he moved to the new room that night, rats were inside the room. He couldn’t sleep the entire night due to this unacceptable condition. This experience was highly disappointing and unprofessional. We request a full refund of the payment and urge the management to address this issue seriously. Please look into this matter at the earliest.

Hopeless management. So many rat are seen in the room. We can't sleep at night. Rat are damaged our food and cosmetics. Horrible stay. No any room service is there. Very very bad experience. I have taken some photos all so for this matter.

Tv was not working in the room. Ac display was not working. The cooling of the ac was an issue. The cafe in the ground floor is not available after 9pm which made it difficult to arrange for the food. The security in the ground floor is very indifferent. When we were checking out, we had a lot of luggage. The security couldn't even open the door for us. He was staring at us very rudely which ensured he is not serving his duties properly. The lift is poorly maintained. There was an unpleasant odour in the lift. The hotel staff was only strict on the check-in and check-out timings. There was no relaxation provided for us, when we checked-in 15 mins before. But, they are not disciplined in any other services. They didn't provide the complementary drinking water for all the days i stayed in the hotel. There was no service-on-call option. The landphone in the room was non-functional. Overall, it's a poor experience. Not going to book this hotel in the future

Ac not working ( slept in suffocating situation. No change of room possible. No refund possible. No facility of simple morning tea or in room service. Very casual approach of staffs. Not worth the pricing. Not for family stay.

cool the stay was good and we enjoyed the place actually we had nice experience with the service and there is quite problem with parking it would have been improved next time when we do visit
