Staff was very courteous and rooms are maintained neatly. Tata sky validity was expired and when I called the staff they attended immediately and recharged it.

Good prime location and very very helpful and homely staff also security gard entire staff is very good and helpful the hotel is walking distance from all ****** and restaurant need some maintenance and renovation specially the pillows has the be comfortable and bathroom needs renovation

Though not prime, but the location was more or less centralised for my purpose food was average. Very limited variety. Pure veg and jain food were never an option amenities were basic. Had to ask and get the amenities there is good scope for improvement

The hotel does not give a feel-good feeling as they don't serve meals. There is a limited staff. Toiletries and water are given only after demanding. Rooms were not blocked even after booking in advance on mmt. Kept the guest waiting when reached the hotel. Hygiene and cleanliness are ok. Staff are polite

The room was good. Very poor room service. Almost nil. Didn't clean the room even once during my three-night stay. Pathetic.
