Большим плюсом гостиницы является ее расположение - в трех минутах от главной достопримечательности -Паммукалле. Рядом есть кафе и магазины. Сам номер был достачно уставшим. Обои отклеяны, утюга в гостинице нет. Но в целом соглашусь, что качество соответствует оплаченной цене - 25 евро.

パムッカレの入口に近く立地は最高です。部屋に電気ケトルがあったのですが、壊れていて使えませんでした。エアコンのスイッチがわからず受付に聞きに行くとリモコンを渡されました。リモコンがあるなら最初から渡して置いてほしい。部屋自體は清潔で快適に過ごせました。

Superb location, right next to Pamukkale attractions. The staff and place give a homely feel, making it a pleasant stay. To note that there is no fridge in the room, pretty minimal. But you can easily get food from the hotel's restaurant, or if you prefer, I'd like to give Oba Grill Time a shoutout, the restaurant is 5 mins away from the hotel and the food and the owner of the place is super pleasant. There's also a taxi stand a few mins walk away, making it convenient to take the ride to the bus station/airport. I like this place and I say give it a chance. 😊

A very good hotel which is a strategic location. The staffs also provide the best service for the guests like can order the taxi for you & give a direction for you. Hence, they have a spot for you to stick your country’s money at the wall so then it will be a memorable thing for you to remember. My suggestion is hopefully this hotel will have a rooftop so that the guests can see the best view of hot air balloon.

Great thanks to the hotel owner for his hospitality and assistance =) 一間乾淨舒適的小旅館房間明亮整潔，還有一個小陽台距離棉花堡入口只有 5 分鐘步程從巴士下車處步行至旅館也只需要不到 10 分鐘性價比非常高 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼

位置不錯，在棉花堡鎮出口外。服務有待提高。入住的時候把姓和名弄混，一直説沒有預訂。接著又説預訂是前一天的，為什麼昨天沒來？！訂房網站上有記錄，預訂的就是17號入住1天，哪裡有16號入住？ 3個人入住，衹提供兩套毛巾，反覆要求也沒拿第三套，直到晚上十點去提意見才提供。

The Özbay hotel is perfectly fine for a stay in Pamukkale. It was a good value room for the price. Conveniently located near the Travertines and several restaurants. Linens are clean and beds are comfy. Unfortunately, our heater wasn’t working and the room was cold. We asked staff to take a look at the heater, but they only gave us the option to move rooms. We had already unpacked, so we didn’t want to move. But even the next day the staff didn’t try to fix it. The front desk team also didn’t seem to know anything about prices for the travertines, nor have a recommended plan for visiting Hieropolis, nor have any info about returning to the airport besides ordering a private car. All this information is available from other sources in town, but it would have been nice if our hotel could have provided some information.

酒店位置喺Pamukkale入口正前方，行一百步左右就可以喺山腳Traveline位入場，又或者搭的士大概四分鐘左右去到南門入口，都好就腳。
