前台拒絕承認我訂了兩間豪華雙臥室房間，幾經爭取，他們才肯找出有關預訂，令我非常十分監介。此外今早強行要我繳付19,000菲幣，作為早餐費和遺失毛中和水吧飲品消費，最終退還10,000菲幣，事實兩間房間已包括8位早餐費。我從未遇到類似情況，而佢老是要我拿出證據自辯，不認真翻查有預訂的詳情，太無理取鬧。永不會選擇這酒店！

整體酒店環境還是不錯，工作人員挺友好，房間也比較安靜，最主要有客房按摩服務，泳池也比較乾淨，附近韓國街餐廳超市什麼都有比較方便！

Terrible Experience – Avoid This Hotel! I had one of the worst hotel stays ever. The room was dirty, smelled bad, and clearly hadn’t been cleaned properly. The biggest issue, however, was the absolutely appalling customer service. The front desk staff, especially Kathleen and Sheena, were extremely unprofessional. Kathleen even shouted at me over the phone — completely unacceptable behavior for someone in hospitality. We booked the room with breakfast included, but on the first morning, we were told we couldn’t have breakfast because it “didn’t show up in their system.” Despite showing them our booking confirmation, they refused to honor it or provide a refund. I requested a refund for the breakfast we paid for and never received, but they flat-out refused. This hotel clearly doesn’t care about its guests or providing basic courtesy. I do not recommend staying here.

Spacious and clean rooms. They have restaurant in GF where they serve buffet breakfast. Great for it’s price. The only problem is that you can hear other guests passing by the hallway and also guests checked in on top of your room. But overall great stay and recommended.

It was quite hard to contact them since the phone provided on the app was not updated, it was also hard to find an email address. The location is OK, there is a chapel, an italian restaurant and a cafe right in front of it. The service was slow and their coffee was not as expected in the restaurant. Their breakfast was amazing, the room was spacious. What amazed me the most, was the views from the room.

호텔에 4시 언저리에 도착했음에도 불구하고 체크인하는데 20분 넘게 기다리고 시티뷰 신청했는데도 그냥 아무데나 준 걱 같고 식사포함 결제 했음에도 불구하고 식사 포함이 아니라고 프론트에서는 말하더라고요. 방 정리하고 다시 가서 여러 가지로 캼플레인하니 그제야 어떻게 보상해줄까? 보상 바라고 말한 건 아니니 보상을 받지도 않았고 여튼 별로 유쾌한 호텔은 아닙니다.
