We reserved a 4 bedroom villa and paid for.it 7 days prior to our stay. 訂房網站 co firmed thw reservation. When got to the place the staff told us all 4 BR villas were fully booked already. So we argued how come we got a confirmation letter. Luckily a 7 BR villa was available so they gave that to us w/o additional charges. Imagine if there were no vacant unit? So we will travel back manila and wasted the 訂房網站. The 7 BR villa was ok however the AC in the bedrooms are not adequate to cool the rooms. It was hot during the night and we could not sleep.

This is our second time in this place and we got a bigger villa. My family loves the spacious rooms they only complain about the toilet smell with no exhaust.

まず部屋が臭い。冷蔵庫の中はキムチ臭い。 チェックイン時に予約が無いと言われ、とりあえず入ったお部屋でくつろいでいたら次の日にいきなり部屋を変わってくれ！と言われ、また荷物をパッキングして大移動で大変でした。 チェックアウト時に、家族は誰もお酒を飲まないのに、お酒代2本分を請求された。 エレベーターがないから二階にスーツケースを上げるのが大変。 3日目から水圧が急に下がり、どこの部屋もお水は少しづつしか出なくなった。 メイドさんの部屋は使わなかったのですが、ネズミの糞だらけ。 ランドリークリーニングは毎日、無料でやってくれるのはありがたい。

체크인이 많이 불편합니다.처음방문한다면 낮에 사무실에 가서 직원과 체크인에 대해서 얘기해야합니다.새벽에 도착하면 체크인할수없습니다
