I had an absolutely amazing stay from the moment I arrived. The staff went out of their way to ensure my experience was smooth and stress-free. Room was spacious, spotless, and designed with a perfect blend of comfort and modern style. The bed was incredibly comfortable. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable getaway! I will definitely be returning.

We had a mixed experience here. On the positive side, the oceanfront location is beautiful, the pool is great, and the front desk team was truly amazing..they were incredibly helpful in securing a ground-floor room for my grandfather, who is in a wheelchair. However, there are some areas that need improvement. The TV in our room had no cable service, and I was disappointed to see a rat trap in the restaurant, which leads me to rate the cleanliness a 3/5. Also, while there are some ramps, please note that there is no elevator, so guests with limited mobility are strictly limited to the ground floor. It’s a nice spot, but it definitely needs more attention to maintenance and hygiene.

Dirty and poorly maintained. I booked a courtyard premier. From the moment I entered the room, I noted an old house smell and the tiles had a lot of dirt. Whats worse was I saw the duvet cover to have molds on it!! This is NOT safe for people who’s suffering from lung disease. The interior of the room was inconvenient for the guest! There are only few wall sockets and its inconveniently placed far to reach. The bathroom shower floods everytime you take a shower! Everything in this stay was a nightmare. Will not book again. Period.

Feedback: Visited recently and here's my take: - Service was top-notch! The manager was super attentive to our complaints and requests 👍 - Food was delicious, enjoyed our meals! - Major issue though: MOSQUITOES everywhere in the room! 😔 Our 1-year-old and 4-month-old babies were bitten all over (face, arms, legs, neck...) and cried all night. Not cool for a family with little ones. Overall, service and food were great but the mosquito situation needs serious fixing if you have kids.
