I stayed there for two nights. It was a nice resort. Loved looking at the lake with the ducks in the morning. However, when we checked in, we found out that the trash bin in the kitchen was still full and not emptied after the previous resident. I let them know that on the phone then I was promised that it will be removed next morning (not right away?). And guess what. It was never cleaned or changed during our stay. We had to just live with it. And it was a bin full of trash! That was super frustrating! Another thing is that we didn't have coffee filters for the coffee machine. And when we informed the front desk, we were informed that we will get some soon, but only got that next day afternoon. This resort had so much potential but the stay was just unpleasant. I don't feel like going there again. The front desk were just saying plain "sorry" for anything. But a simple verbal sorry doesn't fix the issue.
