We enjoyed our one night stay. It was easy to locate the hotel. The front desk manager was courteous and friendly and helpful. The hotel room was cozy, clean and spacious. We had a nice view of Palmy from the hotel room. There was an AC, a mini fridge, hot water, kettle, coffee, black tea, flavoured tea, milk and sugar available in the room. Unfortunately, you have to bring your own bottle of water, toothbrush & toothpaste. No hairdryer. Very comfortable bed & mattress. There's also a gymnastic and laundry facility available. Parking facility was available for the hotel's customers. Pak n Save was just across the street. There was also Burger King, Thai restaurants, a pub and some other eating spot nearby. There was breakfast and dinner available upon purchase at the hotel. Part of the hotel is under renovation. We reached there in the late afternoon and left around 10 a.m so most probably, this could be the reason we didn't hear any noise. We really wish we could stay more than a night and get the chance to explore Palmy a bit more.

Hotel is refurbished and it all looks fresh and clean. Our room was spacious with a comfortable bed, good lighting and a great bathroom with good shower. Easy walk to square. Thanks to Trip, we had a very good deal

Location was central close to everything (with in walking distance). Reception was extremely helpful, room was clean and spacious. I would definitely stay again and recommend to others.
