希爾頓歡朋酒店-帕姆代爾 (Hampton Inn & Suites Palmdale)

這個酒店是我們加州2周遊，最棒的一家。酒店的自助早餐我們很喜歡，酒店環境好，購物非常方便，外面的商場很大，周邊吃飯購物非常好。我們還去了周邊的沙漠公園。打車7分鐘可以到黑鳥飛機公園，都非常棒

各方面都好。就是去住需乘坐公共交通工具3小時，地點偏。

Disappointing stay at Hampton Inn Palmdale The Hampton Inn Palmdale is conveniently located in the heart of a shopping area, which is definitely a plus. Our first impression was not great. As soon as we entered the hotel, there was a strong, unpleasant smell of cabbage and sewage. It was hard to ignore and certainly not the welcoming atmosphere you expect when arriving at a hotel. The experience at the front desk wasn’t much better. When we mentioned that we were Hilton Honors members and asked for the water bottles included with the stay, the receptionist came across as rather harsh and unwelcoming. There were three of us in the room and we had paid for three guests, yet we were only given two bottles of water. It’s a small thing, but when you have to ask for something that should already be provided, it leaves a poor impression. The room itself was just okay. It wasn’t dirty, sleazy, or particularly old, but it definitely wasn’t new either. Everything felt worn and somewhat battered. One especially annoying design issue was the bathroom door: it is so large that it interferes with the entrance door. With three people sharing the room, this made moving around and getting in and out unnecessarily awkward. What makes the experience more frustrating is that ChatGPT had recommended this hotel over a newer-build property nearby. The two hotels were pretty much the same price. After staying here, I’m really questioning that recommendation. Maybe ChatGPT has some sort of deal with Hampton Inn! 😄 Overall, the location is convenient, but based on our experience, I would choose a newer property at a similar price point next time.

無料の朝食がありがたかったしコーヒーはいつでも飲めたので良かったです。部屋も広くて清潔で抜群でした。
