Ein wunderschönes Hotel mit einer überaus freundlichen und zuvorkommenden Staff. Das Frühstück allein ist schon den Aufenthalt wert! Immer wieder sehr, sehr gerne! Ich möchte mich nochmal bei allen bedanken und ich werde wiederkommen. Versprochen!

I've never experienced a room downgrade in my whole life. I was offered a completely different room from the room I reserved. The room was in the semi-basement and the bathroom was in the basement. But there is no information about that. The room's air is murky, there is no light at all, and the windows cannot be opened. Puro hotel is cheating on the customers literally. It's my first time writing a complaint. I paid over 300 euros and ruined my honeymoon. It was the worst experience of my life and this is 100% true story.

Aan service geen gebrek , alle medewerkers doen alles voor je. Alles super netjes en schoon Locatie echt in het centrum erg leuk. Ontbijt was heerlijk De gratis transfer naar hun beachclub was ook top ! Na binnenkomen naar je kamer lopen is wat omslachtig Wij moesten door 2 verschillende restaurant delen lopen om bij ons trappenhuis te komen. Een heel klein minpuntje Het hotel is zeker een aanrader
