設施：有海邊度假般的氣息 衞生：乾乾淨淨 環境：露台可遠觀港口，停著許多的出海船和郵輪港 服務：都挺好 酒店入口開車需要導航，把車停在酒店附近的道路上斜坡通車，酒店門口停車位較少； 西班牙酒店就一點坑爹，拖鞋牙刷牙膏梳子什麼都要打電話要，就不能直接放酒店嘛； 房間裡有個mini bar 但沒有價目表，全靠自覺；還好問了前台小哥； 下雨天借傘，結果印有酒店logo的傘被偷了，還一把非酒店的傘他們不接受，作為誠實的國人，衹能賠付20歐；真是有點小貴哦，我還和酒店扯了半天，説國內萬豪等酒店傘沒了就沒了，不值錢； 酒店訂的早，不然10月價格真的是貴

la atención ha sido lamentable. Para empezar nos cobraron el precio del alojamiento cuando ya había sido pagado a la hora de efectuar la reserva. Nos dieron una habitación familiar con 2 baños (destacable) pero había hormigas en ambos baños, asqueroso, dejé mi férula dental en el baño y cuando volví del desayuno estaba cubierta de hormigas. Polvo en todos los armarios, la limpieza muy justa y superficial. Reclame el hecho de las hormigas y la persona de recepción me daba largas, hasta que ya me moleste y lo mostré de forma evidente. Entonces decidieron cambiarnos de habitación (a una peor porque no tenía separación de las camas ni 2 baños. Para continuar (mi hija y yo somos celíacas, era la primera vez que podíamos disfrutar de una ensaimada sin gluten) nos compramos una ensaimada y consumiendo bebidas del hotel no nos permitieron merendar la ensaimada en la terraza de la cafetería, además nos lo dijeron de una forma bastante poco empática, se lo explicamos y le dio igual. La piscina climatizada estaba turbia. El hotel está bien situado en el puerto pero le falta mantenimiento y personal profesional.

Nice hotel, great views, clean rooms, wonderful staff from frontdesk to restaurant as well as housekeeping. They have a little teleferico that drops you off on streetlevel, where buses to the city go (line 4 & 20). It’s about 15mins to the city by bus, and about 45 mins walk, along the harbour, which is a nice walk. Downside was that the food wasn’t great, but quite expensive for the area. Also, the walls are thin and there’s a gap underneath the door, so the room is very noisy.

you can just walk 10 minutes to city center ir take a taxi, the hotel is calm, wifi is great for work and has a nice gym, very recommended! Accepts unionpay for asian travelers!!

Ons verblijf in Hotel was fantastisch. De kamers waren schoon en comfortabel, en het bed was top. Het personeel was vriendelijk en behulpzaam, en de locatie was perfect. We hebben genoten van het heerlijke ontbijt en de uitstekende voorzieningen. Zeker een aanrader.
