The room was ok, it could have better cleaned especially the bed. However, the customer service was horrible and the lady in the front desk was rude. I would not recommend anyone to stay here.

Terrible stay .Receptionist was rude in talking. Asked about refreshments for tea coffee bags. Replied not required. Traveller to give separate tea order. Washroom was pathetic ,uncleanness stains. Bed sheet were stained red.No towel after room cleaning. Walls were stained. AC remote buttons damage .No table to set temperature. Excessive cooling.Breakfast was pathetic variety.

Reception girl was too rude to talk.Refused to give GST invoice voucher . There was no refreshment like tea /coffee bags. Receptionist replied not required to give these refreshment.Only kettle can be given .This means traveller has to bring these with them. Just a way to charge separately from traveller's in case refreshment are required. Dirty washroom ,lot of stains on floor. Walls painting dirty with finger prints. Pillow & bedsheets with stains,marks No towel none picking phones in early mornings..AcC walk remote buttons damage .Cannot change room temperature.Terrible cooling

The rooms were very dirty. Broken taps, bedsheets and pillows were in a pathetic situation. You can see black molds and fu gus. The hotel is not even worth rs. 500.
