Though this hotel is rates 3-starl, it's huge and luxurious, and very near to Quattro Canti. My single room's windows faces the inner part of the hotel. The rooftop restaurant has amazing views of Palermo. Staff is friendly and helpful.

The location couldn't be better and the roof terrace for breakfast and dinner is incredible. The food is very good too. The staff were kind and helpful. The only inconvenience was a leaky shower. I would definitely stay here again.

Great location and amazing service. Room is very spacious as well. Well equipped and clean. They helped us call a taxi, store luggages and answer some basic questions very kindly. Highly recommend!

Se trata de un intermedio entre un hostel y un hotel con las ventajas de ambos pero tamblen con sus inconvenientes y en mi opinion ganan los inconvenientes. La atencion del personal es mejorable (estuvimos quince minutos esperando un vehículo sin que la recepcionista nos avisara que debiamos ir a buscarlo a la calle, y eso que estábamos sentados frente a ella). El desayuno es también mejorable y la conservación de la habitación, y en especial del baño, muy mejorables. Por otro lado es un hotel muy céntrico y eso en Palermo se valora mucho.

先說好的一方面，地理位置優越，就在地標側。非常易找。屋頂的餐廳景色很棒。壞處是浴室清潔不佳，滿是黴箘。我的房間窗口向內巷，佈滿煙頭。幸好是4月初，天氣不熱，不會開窗。可幸我只住一晚。

Удобнейшее расположение в центре города , на стойке очень любезные и дружелюбные сотрудники , номер простой лаконичный, большая ванная комната , что редкость для европейских отелей . Вид из окна номера был не очень , но зато потрясающий вид с крыши , где расположен отельный ресторан . Остановимся ещё !

まずロケーションが最高です。クアトロカンティに位置しており、周りにはお土産屋、レストランが並んでいます。バスで到著し、電車で近郊都市に移動しましたが、駅まで10分程度。また市內のみどころも全て徒歩圏內。また屋上からの眺めも最高でした。部屋は広く、清潔。スタッフもフレンドリーです。次回パレルモを訪れる時も必ず利用したいです。

별로 별로 별로 다신 안감 카운터 여직원 싸가지없음 욕실 물 안빠져서 씻을수 없음 샤워할려고 물 틀면 바로 발목까지 물이 참 물 꺼도 안내려감 씻을수가 없음 얘기했으나 개선 안됨 사진은 드러워서 못올림 조식먹는곳 옥상은 괜찮음 사진첨부

The location was perfect and the price. Disappointing that in the first room we got for three adults and infant. The aircon was not working and we get moved to another room with a floor that didn’t have a lift. They don’t even offer to help with luggage and I am pregnant travelling with a baby
