Превосходный отель! Безумно вкусные завтраки, отзывчивый и улыбчивый персонал, который готов прийти на помощь в трудной ситуации. Номера в отеле - отдельный вид искусства. Очень жаль, что в Эль-Нидо были всего четыре дня и не успели насладиться в полной мере интерьерами номера :)) От отеля очень удобно добираться до порта, буквально минута. Рядом есть все необходимое для комфортного пребывания.

Неплохой отель для одной ночи. Но надо понимать, что Эль Нидо в принципе помойка, поэтому это место на фоне остальной действительности выглядит еще более-менее. Слышимость феноменальная, ночная жизнь будет шуметь вам в ухо до полуночи, входные двери в номер звук коридора не блокируют, тв нет, душ и туалет разделены, раковина прямо у кровати.  Хороший кондей, который можно настроить правильно и не шумно. Завтраки специфические как и вся еда на Филиппинах.

We stayed at the hotel for two nights and had a very pleasant experience. The location is excellent – right in the city center, close to everything. It’s important to note that it’s near a karaoke bar, so it might not be ideal for light sleepers. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was basic but clean and comfortable, and considering the price, it definitely does the job. Perfect for travelers who want to explore the city and are looking for a central, convenient, and clean place to stay. We left satisfied and would happily return!

Service at Sanse is wonderful, reception and housekeeping staff are always lovely and very helpful. They accommodated early check in for us and were really helpful in finding medical help when my friend was unwell. Tours can be booked at reception, though must be paid in cash. Breakfast has a variety of options and just needs to be ordered the evening prior.

Nice staff and room looks like picture. Noisy in the evening since the bars/clubs and noisy in the morning since the staff is chatting & singing outside your thin door. Very central location.

Stunning hotel and lovely people who run it. Perfect location. The only issue we had was the dampness in our room (room number 2). The breakfast is great, we would prefer having somewhere to eat outside of the room instead of room service in the morning, but that’s a personal preference. The breakfast was also still on our bed after a full day which was not ideal.
